Cross-posting this from here. CGOTS held a full day of events during APSA 2019 in Washington, DC. Keep an eye out for our call for papers for the next annual meeting in San Francisco, Sept. 13-20, 2020. The Conference Group on Taiwan Studies is a Related Group of the American Political Science Association. For this year's annual conference in Washington, DC, CGOTS is sponsoring a full day of five (yes, five!) special panels on Taiwanese politics, all on Friday, August 30, from 8:00am-5:30pm. We're very fortunate to have a terrific line-up of panels this year, enough for a full mini-conference of presentations on Taiwanese politics.
In addition, we encourage all CGOTS members to attend the Conference Group on Taiwan Studies Business Meeting, Friday, August 30, from 6:30-7:30pm. All panels and the Business Meeting will take place in the same location, the Washington Hilton, Fairchild East Room, and are open to all conference attendees.
